“99 Year Warranty Dental Implant at Rs 25,000” Offer Terms and Conditions
- Systemic Conditions Exclusion: Patients with systemic health conditions known to compromise implant integration (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, osteoporosis under bisphosphonate therapy) are excluded. A comprehensive list of such conditions is available upon consultation.
- Bone Grafting Clause: Implants requiring bone grafting beyond a predetermined volume or complexity, as defined in our clinical guidelines, are not covered under this warranty.
- External Trauma Exclusion: Failures due to external forces must be supported by timely submitted documentation (e.g., within 30 days of the incident), including medical or accident reports.
- Compliance Requirement: Patients must adhere to our provided post-operative care instructions. Non-compliance, verifiable through follow-up assessments, voids the warranty.
- Early Failure Coverage: Implants failing to integrate within six months from placement, without evidence of non-compliance or external trauma, qualify for replacement under this warranty.
- Smoking Cessation Requirement: Patients must demonstrate cessation of smoking, as verified by clinical assessment, two weeks pre- and post-surgery to maintain warranty validity.
- Regular Dental Checkups: Warranty validity requires bi-annual dental check-ups, documented by our clinic, starting from the date of implant placement.
- Misuse and Neglect: Specific examples of misuse (e.g., using teeth as tools) and neglect (e.g., inadequate oral hygiene) that void the warranty will be provided during the initial consultation and in patient care literature.
- Replacement Limit: The warranty covers only the dental implant post. Ancillary costs, such as for crowns, bridges, or dentures, are the patient’s responsibility.
- Dispute Resolution: Disputes under this warranty will first undergo mediation, followed by arbitration in the jurisdiction of Mumbai, as per applicable laws.
- Amendments: The clinic reserves the right to amend these terms with 30 days’ notice provided to all current warranty holders.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This warranty is governed by the laws of Mumbai, and any disputes will be resolved within this jurisdiction.
- Effective Date and Duration: This warranty is effective upon implant placement and lasts for 99 years, subject to adherence to all outlined terms and conditions.
- Documentation and Proof: Patients are responsible for providing any required documentation to support warranty claims. The clinic will specify acceptable forms of documentation.
- Ancillary Costs Exclusion: The warranty explicitly excludes ancillary costs, including but not limited to procedural costs associated with the replacement of the implant, such as anesthesia, crowns, and associated dental work.
- Privacy and Data Protection: Patient information collected in relation to this warranty will be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws, ensuring confidentiality and security.
